Driving Instructions
Located on the Whitefish River First Nation, Birch Island is just 12 minutes from the town of Little Current. Rainbow Lodge is a beautiful waterfront cabin on the shores of Lake Huron.
This beautiful 2 bedroom Cabin, easily sleeps 6 people comfortably.
From Espanola Ontario
• Follow Highway 6 South, past Whitefish Falls, stay on Hwy #6 towards the First Nation community of Birch Island also known as Whitefish River First Nation.
• Drive past the community of Birch Island staying on Hwy #6, until you see signs on your right named Sunshine Alley Rd
• Turn left on Sunshine Alley
• You will be on a gravel road and you will meet a fork in the road and take a left down the gravel road until you see a sign on your left named Rainbow Lodge.
From Little Current Ontario
• Follow Highway 6 North for approximately 12 minutes.
• You will also see the Whitefish River First Nation sign at this point
• Take your first Right at the signage indicating — Sunshine Alley
• You will be on a gravel road and you will meet a fork in the road and take a left down the gravel road until you see a sign on your left named Rainbow Lodge.
